Highway 17 Lane Closure Next Week for Utility Work
The northbound No. 1 (left) lane of Highway 17 will be closed just north of the Glenwood Cutoff on Monday, Jan. 10 from 10 am until 1 pm.
This lane closure will allow for the relocation of a utility pole. Travelers can expect delays of up to 20 minutes.
Message and directional signs will assist motorists traveling through this area. This roadwork will be performed by PG & E, under permit from Caltrans.
Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway work zones.
For traffic updates on other state highways in Santa Cruz County, travelers may contact Caltrans District 5 Public Affairs at 805-549-3318 or can visit the District 5 website.
