Lane closures at four locations along Hwy 9 continue as crews work to construct a retaining wall and viaduct and modify drainage systems. Location 1 continues with an extended full closure of a nearly 1-mile section of the highway (Mile Marker 3.55 to 4.4) at Henry Cowell State Park from Felton to the Paradise Park Community north of Santa Cruz, with completion expected by Friday, October 16.
